OVERVIEW

Leadership and Management in Education is key to helping professionals hone their skills in leading, supporting, and positively transforming education delivery. Through this course, participants will learn how to collect data, plan programme, budget and build capacity for implementation. They will also learn how to develop an organisational vision and action plan to implement education plans.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

• explore education management and leadership theories;
• analyse the leadership practices in education;
• develop education vision;
• design education programmes; and
• develop capacity to supervise programme implementation.
